Julie Radlin, President, B.A., C.H.R.P., C.E.C.

Julie Radlin is a progressive business and human resources leader who excels in collaborating with professionals and organizations to understand key success factors and development opportunities. She has demonstrated an ability to coach and implement practical and comprehensive solutions considering organization culture, accountabilities for attainment of success, and best practices.

Julie is a Certified Executive Coach (C.E.C.) having achieved a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Julie is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.), and member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies and majored in Social Organization and Human Relations.

For fifteen years prior to founding and transitioning to UpStep, Julie held executive management and leadership roles within dynamic manufacturing organizations.  She was an assertive and active executive participant in business planning and management.  As the executive accountable for Human Resources, she implemented progressive human resources strategy and lead a diverse team of Human Resources professionals.
